COVID-19 Information

Please continue to monitor our emails and our website for any updates from us regarding COVID-19 and how it may affect our office.
We are resuming normal business hours on Monday, June 8th. We will be open on Monday – Thursday, 9a.m.-4p.m., and Friday’s 9a.m.-3p.m. We are allowing limited access to our office, so please call to make an appointment. Anyone making an appointment to conduct business in our office must wear a mask upon entering. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. Appointments are limited and are being utilized for account opening, loan closings, and other business as needed, that cannot be conducted electronically.. We encourage electronic services as much as possible for the health and safety of our members and our office staff.
As a reminder, to make a deposit to your account, you can utilize the night drop/mail slot on our front door. We check this throughout the day and make all deposits as received. If the deposit is made after hours, it will be posted the next business day. If you need to make a withdrawal out of your account, we are still able to cut member checks, just give us a call to discuss details when requesting the withdrawal, we are here at the office for you to pickup your check. You can also utilize our digital tools and other resources for self-service banking, electronic payments and 24/7 account access. We do have staff in the office to take your calls during business hours. You can also email our office anytime using the email address info@bartonfcu.com.
Beginning Monday, March 23rd, our office hours will be 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We will have a team member in the office to take your calls as well as process any items left in the night drop during that time. Please be patient as wait times may be longer than usual due to limited staff.
As you are all aware, we are located inside of the Bayer Luling Plant. At this time, Bayer is only allowing for critical staff on site to minimize potential COVID-19 exposure to all. We want to remain proactive and do our part to flatten the curve and limiting our staff is one way we can help accomplish this.
